PEOPLE
Prabhuram Otharam is a Founder and Director of O & C Consulting.
His early professional activities were in industrial relations and involved contract negotiations and collective bargaining. Subsequently, Prabhuram Otharam moved to a career in intellectual property. He is a qualified patent agent and has worked for leading firms in Singapore and in Europe. He has an extensive experience in patent practice covering both contentius and non-contentius work.
Prabhuram Otharam has a BSc in microbiology from Monash University (Australia), a MSc degree in intellectual property law from Queen Mary (UK) and postgraduate diplomas in Business administration and Financial management from Singapore Management University.
Ilaria Cicero is a Founder and Director of O & C Consulting
Her early professional activities were in international law, European Community and Antitrust Law, M&A and Private Equity sectors. She is qualified Attorney-at-Law with a long collaboration with dewey & LeBoeuf law firm. She has an extensive experience in international cross border transactions with foreign companies and private equity investment funds.
Ilaria Cicero has a law degree from Padua University (Italy), an LL.M Master from University of London (UK) and a Ph.D in European Community Law from Brussels Law school (Belgium). She is admitted to the Italian Bar Association and the Solicitors Association in UK.
